Production planning and tracking softwareProduction Planning
Planning and production work to the same plan, and the actual state and any deviation from it are visible at once.
Instead of spreadsheets reconciled by hand, orders, machines, materials and deadlines sit in one place. Work is recorded on the shop floor, and material use and production cost reach inventory and finance without being re-entered.

Production planning brings work orders, machines and deadlines together in a single view shared by planning and production. Every change immediately shows what is late, which orders are at risk and how later deadlines shift.

From order to finance
Data is entered once, where it originates, and travels on by itself.
- 01OrderThe customer orders, and the delivery date becomes the work order deadline.
- 02Work orderThe work order carries the bill of materials: materials, operations and times.
- 03ScheduleThe planner arranges orders across machines by deadline and capacity.
- 04Shop floorWorkers record start, finish, quantities and stoppages.
- 05WarehouseMaterials used are issued, finished goods are received.
- 06FinanceThe actual cost of the order reaches the books without retyping.
What it covers
From customer order to finished product, with figures that make sense to both the shop floor and finance.
For what kind of production
Planning looks different depending on how you produce, so we adapt the system to the way you work.
Batch
The same products in batches, from the sales plan or for stock. Batch sequence, machine changeovers and capacity use matter most.
Make to order
Every order is for a specific customer and has its own deadline. What matters is promising a date you can keep and spotting a late order in time.
Process
Recipes, lots and raw material use. Lot traceability and actual use against the recipe matter most.
How we roll it out
We start from how your production actually runs today.
Frequently asked questions
Do we also need to introduce FERP?
No. The system can connect to FERP, but also to the warehouse or accounting software you already use.
How is data entered on the shop floor?
On a computer or tablet at the workstation, in a few steps: start, finish, quantity and reason for a stoppage. We adapt data entry to the shop floor.
What if we have no bills of materials?
Then we build them together, starting with the products that make up most of the turnover. A plan without bills of materials can track deadlines, but not cost.
How long does the rollout take?
It depends on the number of products, machines and systems we connect to. We give an estimate after reviewing your production.
