What data we collect
This website does not require registration and does not store what you type into the inquiry form. The form only opens your e-mail program with a prepared message; the data reaches us only when you send that message yourself.
When you send us an e-mail, we process the data you included in it: your name, company name, e-mail address and the content of the message.
Why we process it
We use the data from your message to reply to your inquiry and, if we end up working together, to prepare an offer or contract. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in replying to business inquiries.
Cookies and analytics
The website does not use tracking cookies or analytics tools. Fonts and images are served from our own server.
When opened, the Noteless page sends a request to GitHub to show the latest version of the app, and the file is downloaded directly from GitHub. In doing so GitHub sees your IP address, under its own privacy policy.
How long we keep data
We keep messages for as long as needed to reply to the inquiry and conduct the business correspondence that follows from it, or for as long as regulations on keeping business records require.
Who we share it with
We do not sell data or pass it to third parties for marketing. The providers of the e-mail and hosting services we use may have access to it, only to the extent needed to provide those services.
Your rights
You have the right to request access to your data, its correction or erasure, restriction of processing, and to object to processing. Send your request to [email protected].
If you believe your rights have been infringed, you can lodge a complaint with the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (azop.hr).
